Please note the following terms and conditions relating to presenting at NZIEC KI TUA:
Special speaker registration
If your submission is accepted for NZIEC KI TUA, you will be able to access the special speaker registration price, which enables you to attend the entire NZIEC KI TUA programme at a heavily reduced rate. You can purchase tickets if you wish to attend the conference dinner on Thursday night. Please note the speaker registration price is only available for ONE speaker per Inspire Breakout session. Refer to the Session Formats and Registration pages for further information.
Other expenses
Speakers are responsible for any and all other expenses they may incur, including any accommodation, food and travel.
Non-promotions policy
NZIEC KI TUA sessions are designed to inspire, inform and challenge attendees. They are not for speakers to promote their products and services. Speakers who wish to promote specific products or services to attendees are encouraged to look at the sponsor opportunities on offer.
Use of your information
If you are selected to speak at NZIEC KI TUA, the information you supplied through the call for speakers portal will be used for the conference website, programme and promotions through conference and ENZ channels.
Slide presentations will be made available on the NZIEC KI TUA website following the conference (usually in PDF format). If you do not wish for your slides to be made available, please email the conference organisers. If this is the case, we recommend you provide a version of your slides which redacts any sensitive information so it can still be shared publicly.
Recording and publication of conference proceedings
Conference proceedings may be photographed, filmed and/or screen grabbed for publication on the NZIEC KI TUA website and other ENZ channels, as well as to promote future conferences and related ENZ services.
